It's Feline Friday

 

Banjo, full grown but size of a kitten, he was the runt  of the feral litter.

Zoe is the big Good dog Mastiff

 and loves cats.

Smokey and Mama can't remember the other ones name, they are Old cats and don't get many photos taken.

Above is my Human brothers Indoor Only 3 cats and a Mastiff

Below are number 6 and 7 Feral Cats that have been snipped and returned and that means 9 outside cats that are Feral in name only. They love their adoptive parents, Dan and Michelle.

The small kitten is Harley and the big bruiser that is only 5 months old and the lates of the snipees, ouch is Rocco. Mama said he should be named Davidson. Rocco has one blue eye and one brown.

Dan's Feral Felines + Storm Clouds

 

Dan's Ferals enjoying the Feline Feral Hotel, the deck chair and the firepit runway. and below are the photos of the storm over the Yacht club last week... the bridge is his drive home from the beach where he works. His photos made me think of the movie, Independence Day.

 These clouds come in fast, and leave fast and this one dumped a few inches of rain in about and hours' time and right back to brilliant HOT Sunshine... no signs of autumn here

Mama sent him her sunrise when he sent her these.

Dan's Feline Friday

 

This is Rocco, Male Mischief Maker and he is avoiding my Uncle Dan's traps he sets out. He is most likely the dad of the baby below who is now 2 weeks old and living with new adoptive parents.

the eyes are open.  Dan doesn't want/need more cats. Trap the males and Voila, the mischief is gone.

Luna, the feral newborn, not adopted to a permanent home, is 2 weeks old and eyes are open. Bandit is Dan's feral turned inside house cat.

YES, Ollie, the early am is due to 20 plus years of early wake up for my dad to commute to work, they retired and never broke the habit. My Mama says she could break it but the dad will not try. Dad goes to bed at 7:15, mama reads until 8:30

Dan's Not so Feral , Feral Cat

 

Hi, I am Mama's angel, Big Boy, she asked me to tell you this is her son, Dan's Feral, not so feral cat. He had 3 of them captured, all just like this one, and you can tell by the clipped ear. That means they were spayed/neutered by the county and returned to Dan. they are 1 year old.

She thinks you will enjoy the video he sent her. This cat is half-sister to the one you saw yesterday.

We have good news, Baby Luna, the feral cat thrown away by its mom, has found a home with a couple who are members at the Yacht Club where Uncle dan and his wife work. Since the baby had to go to work to be fed every few hours, the lady saw her and had to have her.

She has moved into a nice home with lots of rescued cats and dogs.

Dan and Michelle have 3 cats 2 dog inside and 4 ferals outside, the one above is one of those four

 

Dan's New Baby on feline friday

Hi, it's Me, Beau, The STAR of this blog... SHE says I need to show you the latest cousin. I insisted I get to be first, since it is MY BLOG. No I am not sad, I just have a great big hound dog sad face

You have seen feral cats Boots and Amber several times, they are adults now, Amber is really small. 

Their Mama had two babies, she took one off an hid it and she left this one under Uncle Dan's truck. She refused to have anything to do with it. they have found no other babies, but she did take off with one but they were not able to find it.

Dan said this one he thought was dead, because it was cold, but it did move when he picked it up and they took it inside and warmed it up, and above is the first feed, Aunt Michelle is feeding it. Mama said if you click on the photos, you can see just how precious Luna's face is.

Uncle Dan told Mama, he thinks they have a new house cat, this will be #4 and 3 outside ferals who are not really feral since they love Dan and Michele. They also have a couple of neighbors cat that come to visit.

Look at the face, that fur, those teeny claws.. I wish we had a cat. I love cats

Rosy, I think this also fits under Nature Friday. Do you agree? Feral Cats are part of nature...

Uncle Dan Wins a prize

 

she is borrowing my blog again.. she is trying to force me to let her take photos of me.

First Cousin Zoe while my Aunt Michelle is working from home on a Saturday. She is my Uncle Dan's wife. 

Mama's on Dan texted the photo of his cats and these and the news that he was in the news as the

Employee of the month which came with a 200 dollar bonus. He is in the hat in the lower left the two shirts are memorabilia from the NHRA Drag Racers from 1952. One of the members of the yacht club where he has worked for 14 years, gave him 5 of these shirts and some other memorabilia. 

he was thrilled. He collects lots of different things.

We are thankful Dan won, that he got a gift and that he sends mama photos... they are coming to visit soon. we are in wait mode.... tomorrow you will see the un-feral ferals

I gave my permission to Mama to post my cousin Zoe ONE MORE TIME and she asked me to tell you the cat food she bought was eaten, every morsel. We don't know if Stranger got it, but she put out more and we are keeping watch each morning to see if Stranger comes back

My human brother Dan, sent new photos of Zoe.... so sweet, Mama said I could

do and EXTRA Post this week for Feline Friday.

and here is the new Cat Coop, my human Brother Dan is building. it seems the feral mama of the twins is  about to have 2 or 3 more kittens. this is to be their Coop to nest in, ha ha, .

 Dan message with the coop pics, NO we are not keeping the kittens and none are coming inside..before you ask.

Dan sent a text the next day and said, the home owners insurance inspector came and when he saw the 

CAT Coup, he said nice chicken coop. Ha Ha On Him. I wonder what he thought of Zoe the giant dog???

Inside/Outside My Nieces/Nephews

  Today, we are thankful that Mamas youngest Son Dan, sends us photos of this inside and outside cats and dogs. We are thankful he loves his feral cats as much as he loves his non feral cats. And that the cats all love him. Mama said to tell you that Dan's wife loves all of their pets just like Dan Does. She forgets to mention we are thankful they have been married about 30 years now..  does that make MAMA OLD????? 

Above these words, are current photos of Dan's 4 Outside Cats who have no idea they are "feral" and below these words you will find Zoe the mastiff and his Best Buddy Bandit. they are always together. In fact Zoe might think she is Bandits Mama, since Dan brought her inside when she was a tiny kitten.

PS... I wanted to say, it seems to me, my own personal canine opinion that it is unfair to build a gate to keep a dog away from the window and even worse that said gate allows 3 cats to roam at will inside said gate.  Mama said I should not say this because we are Joining Brian's Thankful Thursday.

Therefore, I say now, I am thankful they have a gate to lean on.
