Something Else New I do

 

Something New I do now that i did not do until a week ago. One week ago, I started laying across daddy's lap, sleeping, every time he sits down. 

Before that I only put my head on his knee. When he stopped giving scritches, I would move to sleep.

When we were playing I would lay across his lap, but never slept on him.

I also started wandering around the yard. It is like something inside me said, this is HOME and you can do anything, go anywhere you want.

I stand and stare at my ball game runway that I created by chasing balls.

Since this is OUTSIDE and there is dirt and bushes and birds and bees we are calling this joining LLB for

Nature Friday

I poke around in bushes, sniffing and sniffing and I stand and stare at the water in the pool

Before a week ago, when my pawrentz sat by the pool, I went in the house. 

I would play ball, then go inside.

I am doing other things I did not do.

Before a week ago, I only played ball in the yard, did my busness in the yard and then went in the house.

Now if Daddy is out, I am too.

Something New I DO

 

Something else new that I do is stand in the sun. I stand in the sun and stare at the tree, every time I go out. When the parents sit in the sun I stand and stare at the bee tree.

and on January 23, 2021 I shocked my pawrentz by laying down on the pool deck

IN THE SUN...

I stayed there for 20 minutes, right in front of them and they kept saying.

Look, he is lying in the sun! This is the first time ever he laid in the SUN.

Mama said, I am going to write this day down, he has never done this before!

Then she says

Look, he has been standing in the sun for 15 minutes.

she said to tell you no photos of me laying down because the camera was in the house.

Then I stuck my nose on the red flower and snapped at the bee and she made me stop.

When she says NO! like that, I stop and move on, and walk in the shade.

All of this started a week ago.

Of course when she looks the other way, well you know

there I go.

The Answer to what am I doing

 

This Powder Puff bush is as big as a TREE

When in my backyard, this is what I see.

The reason I stare at this big tree,

is because I love it, do you see.

I love it because each red ball has its very own bee.

The bees make noise, a really loud hum,

and a week ago one stung me on my bum.

Since that event, I stand and listen

The slobber drops off and boy does it glisten.

My head cocks to the left and then to the right,

My ears go back and forward, which is quite a sight

The pawrentz yell

I leave, but go back,I say, pfft and Oh Well.

It seems if I am out

They don't have to shout

They know where I'll be

Under that BEE tree.
