Mama only had to water her plants with her dishpan water for 3 days.
Daddy always says if he washes his truck it will rain the next day.
Mama washed her bushes and
On the 4th day it rained 1 inch, 5th day 2 inches, 3rd day 2 more inches and each of those days we never missed our walk.
We waited until the thunder and lightning stopped and we walked
Come Saturday we woke up to DRIZZLES.
I thought will I miss my walk? I did my Thing In the Rain and settled in to see what would happen.
Suddenly Mama jumped up and put on her ugly cap to protect her glasses from the raindrops and we walked in the rain.
We are thankful for the rain and that the Tropical Storm Did not come visit us.
Now we need to find a better Rain Hat.
She said to tell you she DID use the Airbrush Thingy in PicMonkey, the hat doesn't help with wrinkles
NO RAIN SINCE Saturday.. butt we are still thankful for what we had.

So does a cap like this really protect your glasses from raindrops? If it is raining, I have to not wear my glasses, or put them in a pocket. We are having plenty of storms all day and tonight. Who knew how pretty aqua rain is? Maybe even better than Purple Rain.

We have also had quite a bit of rain the last few days, after a long dry spell. The farmers are all happy, and so is our garden!

We're glad to hear you got some of that much needed rain. Our paws are crossed that it will keep raining on a regular basis so your mom doesn't have to water her plants so much.

We have had an abundance of rain for several weeks now. Mom says the bad thing is the muddy paws, but the good thing is that much less time she has to spend watering the new bushes she had planted.
