my wish is that Mama would walk me down THIS street with me at her side.
All year long, Florida looks like spring, and I can be out and play.
Here where I live, it doesn't matter what the calendars say
So, we missed the date, and spring was yesterday, but that is OK.
Mama added me to a house from Village of the Arts, and to do this, in PicMonkey, she did play.
She says she wishes she could walk me here because there are sidewalks, to keep me safe.

I love this Springy drawing at the end. The tree is so pretty. I did not know there is such a thing as an Orchid tree. I thought Orchids were all potted houseplants.
I thought today (the 20th) was the first day of spring. That's a pretty street to walk down. I like that tree.
That does look like a pretty place for a spring walk. Gail says there are many great things about the USA, but the fact that so many streets are built without sidewalks is not one of them.

Beau Perhaps if you try extra hard to convince her you could get the Mama to take you to that place in the car and then take you for a walk along those beautiful streets/footpaths. They are certainly very beautiful trees you have there. I have never heard of orchid trees. Enjoy your Floridian springtime (and post some more orchid trees on nature Friday. We would love some close ups)

I've seen those pink and white trees all around but didn't know they were orchids. Like Ginny, I thought they only lived in pots.

I've given up on trying to keep track of the equinoxes. Meteorological spring is March, April, May. That's a lot easier on my poor little brain. 😊
