A huge flock of ducks filled our pool. I poked them with my nose. Mama took photos.
Kidding, it was only TWO. This photo is a lie. I was asleep, so was Daddy, Mama SAID they came at 7:30.
Mama was in bed reading in her kindle, the rest of us were snoring.
She heard quack, quack, quack and peeked out the window, then went to peer out the door, there were two ducks playing in the pool.
She went back to bed to read again.
At 1:40 I woke her up! She made me go lay down.
at 2:49 I insisted I had to go out, she knew I meant it because my
stomach was squealing and making noises. this is because I keep sneaking small avocados and eating them before she says drop it.
She put on her flannel gown and we went out together and lo and behold there were two ducks sleeping on the first step down into the pool
They did not move, I ignored them, and ran for the grass that I use to make me throw up. There were no photos taken at that time of the morning. these were later in the day.
Mama sat in one of the chairs because it takes me about 30 minutes to do whatever it takes to throw up. TO BE CONTINUED TOMORROW

Awww, wonder where they came from? Looks like two females? Maybe they were running from a males, as it is the spring and those male ducks are vicious with the poor females. Beau, I hope you are feeling better now. And enough with the avocados!

I'm sad you had another tummy ache, Beau ... but thank you for waking momma. To see those dozing ducks would totally be worth being woken up early. I wonder if they don't imagine themselves at a fancy spa!

Did you ever see that episode of Dharma & Greg where Greg's mom has ducks in her pool and calls on Dharma's parents to help remove the ducks. OMG. Too funny.
