Half a Harness is better than no harness

On Wed 11/17/2021, Mama put the front half of the new Help Me Up Harness from the Opp Pack, on and I dragged the butt part to the door READY TO GO..
she simply unhooked the rear part and we ambled around the corner 3 houses down and she stood in the grass and let me sniff all the pee mail and we ambled back home.
I was so excited to get an extra five minute walk, I was out of control with the back half.
We will conquer that back part and it will give us another post.
Coming Soon to a blog near you. How soon know one knows
See my other harness hanging on daddies' walker? I want those tennis balls off of there. It is waiting there until Dec 20 when he will need it again.

Today we are thankful for the harness and for for friends who sent it and for my short walks each day.

Mama says she is not thankful for the two skunks that died in my stomach while I was so sick and changed my farts to
death bombs that can clear the room in 30 second flat.
I never farted during my year hear, until After The Xray Episode

YIKES, you were in X-Ray Hell!!! One of the first things i noticed was the walker in the background. Beau, do you sniff the tennis balls and try to take them off?

So kind of the your OP pack friend to send such a splendid and sturdy looking harness. Anything that helps you get out and about has to be a good thing, right Beau?
Gail does not even want to think about those skunk farts and is for once quite relieved that cyber-smell technology has not yet been invented...

Hello Beau,

Your little walk sounds great and I am sure your Mama will figure out how to get the back part of the harness to work. I hope one day you get your tennis balls back. For now you have your chew toys. HUGS, have a happy day!

Well, I have to tell ya Beau boy - my angel Jade had a 'front harness' arrangement almost exactly like this which we called her BRA... and whenever it was time to go walkies I would just tell her to go fetch her bra so we'd be dressed for going out. She'd get it from the shelf by the back door and bring it so excited and would lift each paw, in turn, to go through the straps... pawhaps this could be called your singlet (vest? whatever you call them over there!)??? The back part could become your pants and you would get to love having them on as it would mean getting outside! Hugs and wag,s YAM-aunty xxx

Yay on the harness, but I laughed out loud with the death bombs. We all love you Beau.

Have a woof woof day. My best to your wonderful mom. ♥

Hi friend, Ojo here! Hurray for little Walks! No-hurray for stinky gas, because stinky gas means a bad-feeling-tummy. Hurray for tennis Balls - do you think you can sneak one off the walker??

That's a great way to get Beau used to the new harness. It is a bit heavy. Once you get the back on, it will help you hoist him up a step or into the car, but we aren't sure it will help the walking all that much. We all are pros at stinky gas:)

Xena: Do you make noise when the stinky air comes out of your butt, Beau? It scares me when that happens to me and I run away from it. I don't know what makes my folks laugh so hard when I do that.It sounds like a whiny bomb coming after me.
Lucy: I'm the SBD girl *grin*
Chia: I don't fart!
Riley: No comment, except keep up the good work. With the walking I mean. What did you THINK I meant?

I'm glad you got out for a walk. Sorry about your gas. I know that Adam had to change Gracie's food because she has had horrible gas ever since they got her.

We are caught up to here! Beau, you and your Mom make us laugh! Thanks for the kind words about Mom. We try to take care of her by laying on her and purring. She has thumbs and can open the cat food tins (and scoop the poop). The sooner she is mobile the sooner we can be taken care of in the manner to which we have become accustomed.
