The good news is..... he still sleeps a LOT.... butt he has played football THREE times in the past 2 days. I throw it, he goes and gets it and I grab it away from him and he goes and gets it. Wow! no wonder he is tired... slowly but surely he is learning to play... He sits on command, but would not while on leash, now he does it on leash also.... we burst out laughing when we walked out today for his walk, he got just outside the gate and sat and looked up at me, like Where is my treat? he is on to me now. Sit means Treat, why wait for command.

Yay on the sitting and Yay on the football! We teach our pups to return the toy that they retrieved by trading them a treat for the toy. It works well with food-crazed dogs!
OMD, good work BB!! I do that too, why wait for the peeps to tells you to do somethings when you can do it all on your own and gets a treatie! They think they are training US...yeah, right! BOL!!!

You are really progressing! FIVE hours! That is like a cat nap! I guess just a sign he is getting lots of good exercise and now he sleeps like a baby/cat. And why do people always say they slept like a baby? Babies cry most of the night and wake up often to eat.
Nap well sweetie you earned it. Yep those treats can be easy to get once you learn the trick....good job! Keep enjoying the football, the treats and those nice naps. Hugs and nose kisses
