No Tricks, Just Treats day 2

Happily Ever After Shelter Story of our Big boy

Day 26 of our new life with BB, we took BB to the vet for a booster shot..

Waiting for the tech, a woman stepped out of the examining room with a small dog. BB sprang to his feet, She screamed OMG! is that GARY??? and came running over to hug him. She was ecstatic to see him and that we had adopted him. She was his foster mom and said he was at the shelter a very long time, they transferred him to our shelter and he waited and waited.

She was so happy when a family with 2 small children and a blue nose pit bull adopted him August of 2017 but then in  August brought him back. they said the Blue nose was getting aggressive with Gary over food and they did not want to keep him. She said I sobbed and sobbed when the shelter called and said Gary was back, She also sobbed when they called and told her he was adopted.

She had just adopted the dog she had with her, and that made 3 and five cats and she could not take Gary. She said I adore this dog, he is the best dog ever.

Wow, this is amazing! It just could not be a coincidence! NOW you know his story! And just recently I was just saying it is a mystery that we will never know!! WOOHOO!!! I looked and looked at his Halloween picture. It was so cool you got him this bow tie. But now I wonder if it is an editing trick! If so, it looks so real!!

You would have made that woman's day. Must be so hard to foster and then lose touch with the dog.

How awesome. Now you know just a little bit more of BB's story and you know he was not returned to the shelter because of something he did wrong.
I am sure that the shelter appreciates your donation.

OMD, BB, it must have been so furbulush for your mummy and daddy to get to meet this lady; and for her to know how your story ended too!!! This only proves that everything they thought about you was true, plus missing bits of the puzzle sorted. I suppose that lady didn't know why she had to foster you in the first place? Doesn't really matter now. You are HOME!!! What a wonderfurs thing to donate to the place you came from too. Pawfect for Mayor Arty's donation initiative!!! hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx

I can't believe it is 26 days already! That is so sweet about the lady who fostered him.

What a happy coincidence! (I do hope BB didn't think for a moment he was going back to foster care?!) I'll bet that lady sleeps better tonight, knowing her beloved 'Gary' is well and finally at home.
