Best thing is sleeping on the cool tile so you can
see if the fridge door opens. My ma sticks her
head in the freezer sometimes to cool off.

Ummmm, that feels SO good! And your black fur looks so good against mommy's clean white tile. Our girls do the same thing, positioning themselves right at the end of the hallway. I refer to them as land mines.
That's a lot of doors, you're house must be bigger then ours. Simba loves to stop and take a bath or sit right in doorways.

You could have named him Sleepy. Samson loves to lie on the tile too. At night, he starts out on the carpet in the bedroom, but before long he's on his tile floor by the front door. I will start to clean him up today. No. Chore!
Meant to say No. 1 Chore! Once he's cleaned up enough, I will take him to the groomers!
Lexi used to do the same thing to keep cool. Good thing we also have air conditioning, lol.
When we lived in a warmer place, our pups chose very similar places to snooze!!! Big is such a cutie!
Yuppers, dude, that IS the bestest place to snooze!!! I likes to lay right where I can see the front door, the kitchen, the den and the garage door! Just smart, rights??
