After viewing the three above photos, can you guess where mama had to go? She told me she i not allowed to pee on trees or grass. Humans have little rooms to use. Since she was last there, they put in new walls and they are POLKA DOT! We have never seen polka dot walls in a rest room, have you?
In these two photos I noticed one of the huge old oaks is missing. Bray Park has thousand of trees and the big bad Milton blew down about 30 of them. you can tell by the size of the dirt it was HUGE

Polka dot walls are quite weird, but Gail says she's seen a lot worse on the walls of public conveniences!
A polka dot bathroom? No I have never seen such a thing. So where were you when your mom was in the polka dot room? Did you have to wait outside?
We are totally against the suggestion that dogs would be forbidden to go anywhere, Beau!

Sounds like a great place to go, in all senses of the word, MOL.
I guess the speckled look is to help cheer up an otherwise drab cubicle.
