Foggy Walk Today

today, two days after the 4 inches of rain, we did not get wet. We did get wet for 3 days in a row. We got 1/2 inch day on, 4 inches day 2 and yesterday, day 3  it only rained while we walked at sunrise... Mama wore her ugly baseball cap to keep rain off her glasses. we got soaked, we did not care.

Today as Mama and I came back facing the trees in photo above, she saw FOG. it is called sea fog down there is the river and if rolls in and covers everything quickly.. by the time we got home it looked like this.

BTW! the Mama and Daddy in the above photo are FAKE! Daddy doesn't walk with us and we don't walk on neighbors grass and Mama can't take a photo of us.. She asked PicMonkey to do it from the past in order for you to KNOW i was on this walk

at the stop sign in the pic at the top, we turn right and the above picture is the street home, at the end it turns left and the next two are from our front porch looking across the street at the house of 7 cars and the garage band boys of 3 cars..
by 8:30 the sun was out and shining! Its a beautiful day and everything is GREEN

How I dry myself after walking in the rain.

I sure am glad you got a dry walk in and I'm glad you didn't get as much rain as those to the south of you.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Beau what a fun post...
At least the raindrops in June don't chill to the bones.
I love how you dry off.....that being said I will probably stick to using a towel after my shower...I think rolling on the rug would be something no one could UN SEE

We used to have sea fog when we lived in California...it loved to roll in and out and in and out. Some days it would be great at our house, but beautiful 2 blocks away!

That is a lot of rain. Even by Scotland's standards...

Hello,
I heard Florida was going to get more rain today, maybe not near you.
We often see early morning fog, I thought it was when the warm air meets up with our cold lake water. Cute photo of Beau rolling on the rug drying off. HUGS, have a happy day!

Fog!! Sometimes when I drive home at night from my work, all the valley spots are in the fog; we call that ground fog! When I lived in Nova scotia, in Halifax, I could see the sea fog rolling in, like a thick wall, until it enclosed us on the 9th floor!

Nice pics and we like your style of getting dry, Beau, transferring your wetness to the carpet! MJF used to do that, too...and along the edges of the couch. BOL!

We're glad you finally got some rain and didn't have the flooding going on down there.

I love looking at fog -- provided I'm doing so from my INSIDE room with a view. Your momma's sure a trooper. Maybe if you ask nicely she'll get you a bright yellow slicker to wear when you go out. More photo ops!

I love looking at fog, too. As long as I don't have to drive in it. 4" of rain in one day is a lot! But I'm glad the plants are thriving. We had a few, much appreciated, drops today. ❤️

Sorry about the rain but glad you still went for the walks. Wow, the fog did roll in! I love how you dry yourself off.

We know your Mama wanted rain and we hope it wasn't too much. It must have been nice to get a walk without getting all wet.
