Mama went shopping to Dollar General for a rug. Hanging right next to the rug in a display of a bedroom was something she bought to hang in our living room where there are DOGS of our family on 3 different walls.
Did you think it was another dog? NOPE! It's a painting and it has my eyes and looks just like my smile. PLUS, it is an 18 x 24 Canvas and was only TEN DOLLARS

Lana, mom of Ernie the retired attorney, recently took two of her young neighbors (11 and 9 years old) on a shopping spree. They share a roome and recently painted it for a fresh new look. She gave each of them $20.00 to spend for decorating their room. As a gift for the precious girls Lana bought that exact painting for them.

This makes me want to go visit Dollar General. They built one right around the corner last year, but aside from a food emergency, I don't usually stop.
