Bah humbug (even if that's a scrooge-ish Christmas saying) ... we say GO FOR IT ... puppy kisses and cuddles and kitty kisses and cuddles are the BEST even when slobbery! whiskers tickles ... wet noses ... velvet ears ... who could ask for more?
It would depend. On occasion I have allowed the puppy kisses. However, if I see him doing something rather disgusting right before the kiss attempt I will be blocking it.

Beau does love his Mommy. Thankfully Toto the mighty mini Dachshund was not a licker and he was vertically challenged. Felines (at least the ones we have had) were not lickers...Madi was 100% sure I had cooties any time I rubbed her she would lick herself forever Hugs Cecilia

The last time I saw Tempi she gave me some big kisses on the face, and lips. She doesn't often do that...it was sweet.
