Sunshine and Rain

It rained for 87 hours (30 minutes), I could not go walking, finally it quit.

And the streets we did hit!
Sun was shining, grass was green,
It was the most beautiful morning we had ever seen.
She made me Stay while she took several shots.
She said she wanted her own photos, not AI bots.
the birds they did twitter, tweet and caw,
when I flushed a covey of doves, we were both in awe.
the sounds of doves as wings lifted up to the sky
made us both of us let out a wonder filled sigh.

What is the only state mentioned in the bible? Arkansas.
Noah looked out of the ark and saw two doves.

Mamas found roses at Walmart just for you, Rosy.

Eyes got Roses for you, sweet Rosy, on nature Friday.

Hurray for some rain, and that it stopped soon enough so you could still get your walk. 😊

I just saw them there for myself. They are pretty cool, and I almost got a couple.

Hello Beau,
I am glad you had some rain but also I am happy the rain stopped for your walk. The sunlight trees and shadows look so pretty. The doves make a lot of noise when they take off here, I think they spook easily. I never seen roses with eyes, creepy. HUGS, have a great day!

Great poem, Beau's momma! I've got to remember that Arkansas joke to share.
Those WM roses are something else. Frankly, they creep me out, but I'm sure they'll be a hit for those who decorate for Halloween.
