Beggar Lice and the Lazy Dog

I am pondering why Mama gets so upset when we get home from our walk and she has to pick beggar lice off her shoes.
research shows it can be called any thing at all.
they stick like glue
What do  you call beggar lice?

Mama googled the best way to get them off her shoes after she tried everything she could think of and this is what was suggested. IT WORKS PERFECTLY

Interesting! It looks like we don't have that exact same thing over here although we have plenty of sticky nasties of our own!!!

The name is not one I know (and it seems to be applied to several different varieties of plants). Nothing here of that appearance, but we do have plenty of stickleburrs of our own here and I agree, they are a nuisance. The scourer sponge is a great idea! Do they stick to your furs, Beau boy? Hello,
I have seen something similar I call hitchhikers. The sponge sounds like a great idea. Beau, I am glad these things are not stuck to your paws. HUGS, have a happy day!

Me, neither!
Are they new (to you) -- or a seasonal thing?

PS - Cute edits!

Trying again ...

I'm not familiar with these either? Is this something new; seasonal, even?

PS - Cute edits!

We've never seen anything like those sticky things, but we can see how much of a nuisance they can be.

Hi friend, Ojo here! Those things look weird. A nap looks like the right thing to do.
