While I am on the way to the sliding glass door, after asking Daddy in yesterday's post, to let me in, Mama said Beau, share some of your
Signals that make Mama and Daddy Giggle
I laid down squeaky and stood with head hanging which is
MY SIGNAL that says Open Door,
I know their signals.
Opening of Fridge Door is the same as the word COME! I run to stand in front of the fridge.
The phone playing a catchy tune at 5 am and 5 pm means run to the fridge and wait to cheese, with a capsule in it.
What makes them giggle loudly, is just before 5, I get up from a sound sleep and start to the kitchen before the tune plays. I have no idea why she forgets those pills or needs the alarm. I never forget Cheese.
It seems I know their signals better than they know mine, because I have to stand waiting for SOMEONE to OPEN THE DOOR!
Can you guess who that someone might be?
Put down the phone Woman and open this door!

Beau, you and your canine friends seem to have an uncanny ability to tell time! sometimes, better than us humans! You are so smart and well behaved!
What a clever pup you are!

Indeed, Beau, I came to know through my angel Jade that you canines are the ultimate timekeepers! That too, signallers par excellence... Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
It's odd how humans seem to need clocks/watches/phones to tell them the time.
Toodle-oo!
Nobby.
humans sadly have no stomach clock, therefore they change even the time twice per year LOL
Humans are always too busy paying attention to silly things to notice signs right away.
If only we could elect dogs to Congress ...
Hello Beau,
I am like your Mama, I need the alarm clock for a reminder.
You are so smart and anxious to eat some cheese. YUM!
HUGS, have a happy day!
You have a wonderful communication system there between you and your family. Cute.
Haha - k9s and felines both come with their own built-in Rolex. I comb F's hair just before the jaunty tune each morning too and she acts like it's amazing that I know what time it is. paw smacks Mr T
Beau handsome and smart that is a great combo
Hugs Cecilia
It's good that you have taught your parents to read your signals, Beau. We agree that they should work faster and not take so many pictures, especially if you have to wait for cheese! BOL!
You are one smart dog Beau!
Sounds like you have your Mama and Daddy well trained, Beau!
Good job!
xoxo,
Sunny & Rosy
What a smarty-pants you are, Beau! Macie and Grace know the one about opening of the refrigerator door, but they're still a little befuddled with the time change. (Or, is it me?)
lololololol. Pups are the best!
That is so funny. When I was a kid, we had a routine of going to the barn to milk, feed or whatever. If I was not headed out the door on time, one of my dogs was at the back door barking, telling me to hurry up.
I'm glad you know when it is cheese time Beau, you're a very smart dude!
