I wasn't even alive.
My human brother was 10 months old
when Mama found a deal worth real gold.
A Santa for Davids 1st Christmas, only 99 cents,
that's less than a dollar.
Well bless my collar.
What a deal, it was almost a steal.
Tiptoe Santa is much older than me,
much older than I will ever be.
He is 57 this year and still standing tall.

We love this story, but are concerned that, as tiptoe Santa ages he might, like so many two-leggers, start losing his ability to balance...

Wowwzers! 57 years old and Santa is still alive and smiling! The oldest ornament left here is from 1974! Your Santa is quite the wonder!
