New Rugs

The Cheap Rugs mama bought a few months ago had to be replaced, they simply unraveled and fell apart.
I put in a request that the new rugs be the Right Size for Me, since I spend all my Waiting For Tibits to drop time, laying on almost on the rug.
Did she listen?
She did explain to me, she would get larger sizes to fit my body style but she and daddy are older than I am and they trips on da edges.

I am thankful for rugs, for tidbits and eggs that sometimes roll off the counter right in front of my nose.

Beau, this rug looks very good, and safe. It is small, and I think the rounded edges are so much more safe! I would never have thought of this!

even a small rug makes a good car-pet for us ;O)

With the smaller rug you get the best of both worlds. You get the cushion of the rug to lay your head and front paws on and the coolness of the floor for the rest of you.

Yeah, I was thinking like Ann was thinking - best of both worlds, it seems to me. Plus manna from the countertop! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Hello Beau,

It is best to have rugs that are safe for your Mama and Daddy. You do have a nice spot to rest your head. Cute photos! HUGS, have a happy day!

That's interesting, Beau, because I often push away rugs so I can lay on the cool terracotta tiles below. It's summer, right?

Woofs,
Ollie

We like hanging out in the kitchen whenever there is activity in there. It usually pays off well for us too.

Better than a Roomba, right Beau?
Just yesterday I carried my worn throw rug to the trash. Taking a page from the safety lessons we had to endure at work, Slips/Trips/Falls is a real thing.

I vote for a bigger nonslip rug. lol

Yes on the non slip rugs. They work very well and hubby and I are getting very long in the tooth.

Have a woof woof day, Beau. My best to your mom. ♥

At least it is something to lay on. It is true, at a certain age we need to get rid of throw rugs. You'll be okay Beau.

What you have to remember Beau is that every day's a compromise. Or so says Gail....
