Mama is Embarassed!

This is my Sunday Selfie and I am letting Mama have the blog today, she has something to say to all of you.

Yesterday I said I could not remember the name of my Grand dog.
I recieved an email from blog friend Rose and she said, is our grand dog named Allie?
OMD! it is Allie! How could you remember her name?
Rose said, I didn't remember her name but remembered the story of when they got Zoe because Allie was broken hearted over her sister Bella going over the rainbow bridge.
How can this be Mama said, why did I not remember that story and search my own blog?
Dear Rose,

Here is a pic of Zoe Jean and Allie on the left.

Photos are a year old, Zoe was born in 2020, and is a grown dog now..
I now have labels on Zoe and Allie and one named Grandpets because my memory is shot.
Thank you again, Rose at Time Stand Still
I am sorry Allie.

It is nice that someone remembered, just shows how memorable your posts are!

It can be so hard to remember names. Gail recalls a maths teacher who could never remember what any of the pupils were called, even when they were wearing the part of the uniform that had the names embroidered in big letters across the yoke.

Well Rose has a very good memory. I hate to admit it but I don't remember that story either.

Hello, Beau
Rose has a great memory, I did not remember that story about Bella and Allie.
I love the photos of Beau, Zoe and Allie, they are all cute doggies.
HUGS, have a happy day!

Sandra you are too funny. My grandmother had 7 children and 10 grandchildren when she got frustrated she went thru all 17 names
And I will admit to sometimes calling
Madi, Marlu and Marlu, Madi. My cousin has two sons
Gary and Greg. Even when I was a young whippernapper I messed up their names. Very easy to do when names are so similar.
Hugs Cecilia

Don't be too embarrassed. Our mom sometimes forgets our names...or is it that she is just using one of our nicknames instead?

Lady says we receive more information in a day then they did in a year in 1900. How can we be expected to remember all the things. We think that is because she is getting old. Lee and Phod

Made a deal with a friend who has several grandchildren - if she doesn't expect me to keep track of their names, I won't expect her to know my cats.

That can happen to anybody at anytime. And we bet you would have remembered that sweet pup's name at a moment when you least expected it.
