What is that noise? Is daddy outside? I hear him. I know he is in the back yard.
To the sliding glass door, I run to watch and stare.
Why oh why can't I go out there?
Mama says Beau you can't go out yet, daddy is mowing.
There is no grass I say, so why all the mowing?
Soooo Daddy is mulching the leaves, why can't I go out side?

Hmmm,maybe because some are poisonousness? Or you would get underfoot of the mulcher?
When he has finished you can go out and have a really good time scratching the mulch up into piles. Paw smacks Mr T

You never know what that mower could run over and sometimes things fly out from underneath. It's safer in the house Beau.
We are following "No Mow May" at the moment, so our garden is a wonderful jungle, filled with wild flowers!

Because she loves you, Beau, that's why. So much stuff is hard to understand, isn't it? Besides, would you really want to wear all that PPE? (Question to momma: Does daddy wear goggles, face mask, etc.? I've quit nagging Tom; it does no good. When I worked at the Legacy, the groundskeepers had to wear their PPE or risk being written up.)
You could get hurt and they are protecting you.
It's never safe to be in the yard when the mower is being used, Beau. You will get out there soon enough.
