If so, you were right. Mama said to tell you I sometimes squat like a girl because it hurts to lift my hip.

Beau, here in this house we do not like the phrase 'squat like a girl' Much better 'squat like a puppy (male or female)' or 'squat like a senior chap with health issues'. I'm told Bertie mostly squatted for the last 18 months of his life - in his case, nothing to do with his hips, but it was the first sign of the bladder cancer.
Oh and by the way, you ALWAYS look handsome, whatever you are doing.

Oh Beau such a good boy!! I had to giggle about squatting like a girl. Cody my favorite 'hood pup does too. I'm sure for the same reason as you. Toto the mighty mini dachshund did for nearly the first 18 months of his life.I'm 100% sure it was because of his body shape. Long body and short legs make for a hard balance.
