There are several things bothering me lately, not related to daddies disapearing acts.
Beau: When Mama takes photos, why can't she take just one?
Mama: in this instance, I wanted a photo of Beau looking in the bathroom, he did not cooperate. I took this using ISO changes just playing.
Beau: Why did she want me looking in the bathroom, part 2 to this question is why did she add me to it when I refused to be IN it in the first place?
Mama: I have a story to tell about Beau and Me and needed photos.
The house next door sold 1 year ago. The man bought it to remodel and flip. Buy for 130,000 sell for 326,000 like the yellow house accross the street.
The renters refused to move, after 7 months they moved and 2 Homelss men moved in and paid 285 a month to the former renters to live there.
Last week they were finally evicted and on Feb 25
THE NOISE STARTED
All day they banged and slammed and yelled and filled a big black garbage CONTAINER that a huge NOISY truck dropped in the driveway.
Today at 9 am IT STARTED again, MORE of the same.
Mama and I are not happy. Daddy doesn't care because he can't hear it.
It will take MONTHS of NOISE to remodel
There might be another or two post in the future
OOPS! almost forgot the reason for the tub photo.
The bathroom window is open, the noise comes in the window. Also the window is The Best View of what is going on.
Mama steps in and out of the tub, to pull aside the white out curtains that keeps out the sun, to see what they are doing and eavesdrops on conversations.
She told Daddy if the construction goes on very long she will lose even more weight because she keeps jumping up to run see what they are doing next

BOL - that is taking neighbourhood watch to extremes, eh Beau? Your snapper mum is proving the first part of her name... hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
I have to say I would probably be doing the same thing. Not much happens in my neighborhood so if there was a lot of work going on next door I would be watching them too.
It's no fun to have construction going on next door. Maybe your mom could get some ear plugs then she won't have to listen to it either.
I'm sorry ... it's not funny, but I can't help chuckling at the thought of you jumping up to watch and eavesdrop. (That's one of my favorite pastimes!)
I'm gobsmacked at price they want for the redo. Chances are, they're gonna get it, too. When I talked to Debbie yesterday she was saying the home she bought for $89k has now been appraised at $275. She's refinancing and will take $40 out for a new car. The upshot, now I can't quit thinking about new cars. *Sigh*
Sounds like for all your low-rise, detached, with yards, your neighbourhood is like our Greek one. Our neighbouring building had water dripping out of the groundfloor ceiling beside the lift. It took them weeks of jackhammering to find and resolve the leak and all the problems it had caused. We hope your nextdoor sells to nice neighbours. Paw smacks Mr T
Oh my, that is not going to be fun listening to all of that noise. However, when it is over, I am sure the house will be looking nice.
I'm so sorry about that!
We have whiteout glass in our bathroom window, but sometimes *she* stands on the tub edge to look out the top part of that window...to spy on us...phooey! BOL!
