Mama has been my walker since Oct 13th 2020. This is how we walk.
We face the traffic, I walk in the concrete ditch that allows heavy rain to run off, unless of course
it has water in it.
We walk until she stops to Talk to a neighbor and I stand and do this.
I really could care less, if they are worried about John who has been missing his walk since 2 weeks before Christmas, or that the neighbor who has a home in Ohio is going back there until next season.
All I want to do is walk OR I will stand still as long as the neighbor pets me.
Here is the thing. Daddy walked me twice.
He walks to slow and we only go a couple of blocks
PLUS he tried to get me to walk with the traffic, and on his right side which put me in the STREET and I balked and dragged him to the correct place to walk
When we got home he told Mama I refused to walk on the right side of the street and
mama said he is walking on the left but tht is the Right Side, its dangerous for him to walk in the street and besides.
The Smells are in the GRASS not the pavement.
He walks on the left side butt that is the Right Side.
BTW Mama took me for my regular walk after I walked with Daddy.

GREAT news!! And in the spring, all kinds of wonderful smells are in the air and on the ground.
I can't wait until I'm allowed out for walks. Only three weeks to go until my second vaccination! Really I would be happy to walk on whichever side of the street. We are fortunate that city streets almost all have sidewalks here in the UK.

I'm sorry you don't have any sidewalks in your town. A sidewalk is a place where people and dogs can walk even more safely than in the street. But you're making the best of it and that's so great. Now your daddy will know for the next time he walks you.

Oh my, we didn't know there was right way and a wrong way to walk down the street and sometimes the right side is the wrong side. We think Mom and Dad know this and still do it wrong, or maybe they're doing it right and we don't know. Oh this is exhausting. XOX Xena, Lucy and Chia.
