Beau is not feeling well. Yesterday all day, I kept telling Bob Beau is not his normal self. when we walked he walked slower than I did even with my jammed toes aching. he laid on his side like this, all day, not on the sofas hardly at all.
this morning at 2:20 am he came down the hall whimpering and panting hard and I took him out in the back yard, for 40 minutes he paced the yard panting and digging holes, from place to place digging.
we came in and out of the house several times, he wanted Bob and he finally got up at 3 and we all went out and Beau threw up.then he came in and got on the sofa and went back to sleep. did not ask for breakfast which he eats at 3:30. at 5:30 he had a poop really loose.when we ate breakfast he did not want our food, at 6:40 he did not want to go for his walk. he has been on the floor like this since.waiting to see what will happen. I knew he was not his normal self for a couple of days, he rarely sleeps on the floor unless it is really hot and it is not
I looked up dogs panting and digging, seems they even do it in the house, and it is a sign somethng is not right. Could be pain, nausea, anything at all. Right now he is asleep on the sofa.

Oh, we hope so much it is just something he got into, maYbe in the garden but you have a vet, no? I hope so.
We have our paws crossed for Beau. Since he is a big dog, we hope he doesn't have a twisted stomach or is suffering from bloat. Those are two types of things that would make his tummy hurt and should be seen by a vet. We hope he feels better soon.
