Hi, NP Beau here with a report on Daddy. Thank you to Ms Ann at Zoolatry for the above photo. She knew Mama would be to busy to create something for today.
We went in at 5:30, surgery from 7:30 to 9:40 and home at 4:30... much detail but it is now 5 pm n we ared one. posting what i wrote here yesterday.
The Left Knee is now a new knee.
soon we hope Daddy will be able to walk with me,
His surgery went well, the minutes were 130,
Now he is home, and he can't get dirty or in the pool.
When daddy came, I acted like a fool
MORE LATER, Mama is taking a day or maybe 2 off. She said We shall see.
Ann from Zoolatry wrote a poem to help out with my post and to remind me I AM a good boy...
EVEN IF I DON'T
GOT THE RIGHT KNEE
MY DAD CAN
ALWAYS CAN COUNT ON ME
IS IT THE LEFT
OR IS IT THE RIGHT
I REALLY CAN'T SAY
BUT I'LL BANDAGE IT TIGHT
I'LL NOT JUMP ON HIM
I'LL BE CAREFUL AND GOOD
IF HE'S GRUMPY OR GRINCH-LIKE
IF MOM'S IN A MOOD
I WILL UNDERSTAND
AND GO PLAY WITH A TOY

You and Miss Ann did so good, Beau! So glad your daddy doesn't have any more knees (LOL). Please tell momma we're thinking of her and to rest as long as she needs!

We're so glad to hear your dad's surgery went well and that he is home now. Our paws are crossed that he does as well in his recovery as the first one.

While you are practising medicine Beau, make sure to take your Mum's temperature and check she can stand up without wobbles. She needs to stay well too so that you can all enjoy Christmas. Paw smacks from Doctor Tigger
