Comments are off, I just wanted all of you to know, I do not have Covid, my headaches are sinus and STESS related. I am stressed to the max and will start telling the story when I can stand to do it.
Doc had told me to take Ibuprofen every 4 hours and Zyrtec. I take Z every night of my life for allegies. This morning my head was splitting and it occured to me to try Flonase Spray. I sprayed twice in each nostril and within an hour the headache eased. I will do that am and Z pm and see what happens.
Don't worry, I am OK, just dizzy and feeling STRESSSSSED... I am staying OFF LINE until I feel better,
