Rub a dub, getting in the big pool.
We were splishin and a splashin

I swam over to daddy and got water in my eye!
He said do what I do, kick your feet, keep your face out of the water.
now wave your paws and everyone will give you apaws!
We were havin a splashtastic Time
Beau, if in doubt, swim out!
If there is a will, there is a wave,
the wetter the better.
Mama said she had to take photos because the water looked so pretty and so did Daddy's wet hair.

I agree, the water and the wet hair are beautiful, all shimmering in the sun. Beau, you must have had a traumatic water experience sometime in your life.
You read my mind because I was wondering if Beau really got in or if you edited him into the pool. Duke and Bob would have gotten along well. They could have swam together every day.

It's funny, Beau, how hyoomons think that all dogs should swim. All dogs CAN swim, but a lot of dogs don't WANT to swim. My angel Jade was one of those. I did once get her in the water. Once. She didn't even like walking on wet grass to go do bidness!!! So let mama work her magic (and the photos are lovely), but you stand your ground gawjuss boy! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Cinnamon loves to swim-in the river or a lake, but refused to swim in my sister's pool. Maybe Beau is like that.
I'm not surprised you don't get to hear our news down where you are. I see more Canadian news on US channels that I used too, but still, little that happens up here is seen down there.
I didn't think he was in the pool with dad! I miss our pool. I would be out there everyday exercising.
