We have forgotten what it feels like even to be a bit warm here. The thermometer has barely registered above 50 degrees F this year. We'll be lucky if we hit 40F today...
I am glad you have a spot in the dirt to cool off. It does get really hot in Florida. I do like hot dogs, I just have not had one in a long time. HUGS, have a happy day!

Oh, Beau, you're beginning to sound like your mama now! I have not eaten a hot dog for many years. But I have a hot dog that lives with me, his name is Samson and his breed comes from Siberia where it's very, very cold. So he has a lot of fur. It gets hot here too, but not like where you live because it isn't humid. I have one air conditioned room just for my hot dog.
Oh Beau, I feel your pain my furiend! I HATES the hot too! I come from Wisconsin, where it snows and gets very cold. When i was a wee lass, I gots to play in it and everythings! It was FABulous! Then I gots on a plane and flew to CA to be with Ma, and it never snows and gets VERY hot. no snow. sigh. Butts, thank DoG, we have AC! BOL!!! I wish I had some cool sandy soil to dig in! All I gots is some mulch! BOL!!! Stay cool my furiend... Kisses, Ruby ♥
Cinnamon is NOT looking forward to the HOT! She too loves to lay in the dirt and she has some favorite places that are shady. She also likes to go swimming in the river every afternoon and cant wait for that!

I loves basking in the sunshine in the backyard. I'll come back inside, and Momma will pet me and go "Matilda, you're a hot dog!" BOL.
The heat is OK if you get to go into air conditioning. So such thing up north where and when I was growing up. We all LOVE hot dogs!
