News for Yous

Beau Beaumont here, to give you good news for all yous Dogs and Cats.... My Vet Tech said I needed fiber for my inflamed anal sacs. She said Glandes will do the trick, you can see on the bottle it says

Boot The Scoot!

I have been on it 4 days now and have not scooted a single time... It's easy to just sprinkle on my food.

the Humans have to measure, scoop and scatter, but to me that doesn't really matter.

Guess what, the reason I am telling you is you can buy this at Amazon, or Vet Office or Chewy. Mine is beef liver and I love it. all the ingredient are up there in the orange thing. If it Fiber to make my poop BIGGER and firmer. I may have heard my pooper scooper Mama say "its already bigger than a camel poop"

I hope all this talk about POOP is not to much for you, and Cinnamon, these words are for YOU...

PEEESSSS.... Mama said do it at the first scoop, because she noticed I was scooting a month ago and decided to wait until my scheduled visit.

Hello, Beau

The vet gave you some good advice, to take fiber.

My first grandcat Cali had a T I M E with her anal glands. This was about 25 years ago. All that they did then was recommend more fiber and of course express the glands about every 3 months. Once my the vet offered to show my daughter and SIL how they could do that. My daughter said SOME THINGS IN LIFE ARE WORTH EVERY $$$ YOU PAY AND HAVING YOU DO THIS FOR ME IS WORTH IT

Wonder if this would help Disco. He scoots. His anal glands are clean - his butt a little red.

I'm glad this is working for you, Beau. I know your peeps are happy too.

Have a woof woof day without the scooting. My best to your peeps. ♥

Great tip, Beau!
Macie and Grace are at the groomers right now. She expresses their glands every other time, but because Macie's a 'scooter' I'm going to ask her about this stuff.

Hind sight is 20/20...but it helps for others to hear everyone else's experience. I am still so happy that it was a simple fix for you.

I had no idea! We watch all the vet series on T.V. There are at least ten. One of our favorite exotic vets in Florida used to be regular vet. But she changed to exotics only (including turtles, birds, ferrets, etc.) for one reason. She hated having to expel dog anal glands.

We don't really have trouble in that area but we will keep it in mind if we need it.

More fiber...of course! Why didn't we all think of that! While Xena gets a lot of fiber from her regular diet, she still scoots every once in a while and has actually "expressed" on our bedsheets. YOu may remember that post... If it gets worse, I will definitely get this product. Thanks for letting us all know, and be sure to keep us informed of the results.
