While walking Beau, Bob and I both spied a tiny yellow buttercup weed, a single yellow flower, 4 inches tall, in a green grass lawn, and we both said together, the only little onion in the petunia patch.
We laughed because we do that a lot, after 37 years together, we know what the other is thinking, or we think the same thoughts. We also speak and understand Dog Speak

WOW, what a shock!! I LOVE it!! I like Bob walking Beau under the moon, and it matches the streetlight. And this last picture of the moon is so gorgeous!! And guess what? We just came home at 9:30 P.M. from snapping the full moon!! It was my first moon snap with the new camera and I will have to get used to it, each camera is different with sky pics. This one has a special MOON setting! BUT it takes about three seconds, and I can't hold still that long. I need to try the tripod that came with it. Anyway, I ended up just using the auto setting.
aaah now we know it... da moon is not a big cheese but a light pole ;O)
The males in your life are indeed fortunate that you are so fluent in both Bob-speak and Beau-speak.
Cheers! Gail.
The moon does look the same as the light pole.
I'm going to be singing about the lonely little onion in the petunia patch all day now.
Hello Beau,
Beautiful captures of the moon! The light on the pole does look like another moon, you have two moons.. HUGS, enjoy your day!
I have noticed how big and beautiful has been when I get up, especially yesterday and today. Great shot!
We can often see the big moon from our living room window!

that is a fabulous shot - it doesn't matter that the moon is not so defined, it is the whole picture that tells its story! And Beau - you and daddy make fine subjects! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
It's tough to get a picture of the moon. Yours does look a lot like the street lamp. We think your forgot one thing on the list of what Woooo means and that is "Intruder Alert!"
Nice shot of hubby and Beau. I'm terrible at pictures. Terrible.
Love the shot of the moon on that calendar. Almost otherworldly.
Have a fabulous day. Scritches to Beau. ♥
Sandra - that was a fabulous catch for that photo - the moon and the streetlight - Bob - and the whole thing. Gorgeous.
I never heard that about an onion in the petunia patch ... and now it's doubtful I'll ever forget!
That's pretty neat about you and Bob finishing one another's sentences. Like that popular meme, I'm just grateful (that) my thoughts don't appear in bubbles over my head!
I saw the moon last night...have not downloaded the pics yet....woo wooo wooooo also means I love you!
What a wonderful sight to see! Your peeps are on the ball, saying the same thing at the same time. And we are happy to see that your folks speak Dog Speak Beau. All the singing around here is Kozmo and hiss MERROOOOOWOOOOWOOOW means pretty much the same! We hope you all have a marvellously happy day!
Well blow me over I have never heard that expression before.
Hugs Cecilia
Hi friend! Ojo here! We had a Very Big Moon too! I speak with my eyes, my soft, pleading eyes. They say the exact same things!
I love a full moon. Yesterday morning I could see the morning moon and I thought to myself, there had to be a full moon last night. Went to the calendar and checked.
The moon has been so beautiful and HUGE here this week. We love to stay outside a lot longer when there is a big and full moon, much to Mom's chagrin.
