Mama went back and took another photo of the Plant with the blooms a little more open. Thanks to Yamini for the link to Kalanchoe x houghtonni which gives us the name of it. Denise gave us one of the names it goes by and I love the name. Chandelier. It looks like one. Also known as Mothers of thousands, Mother of Millions, Devils Backbone.

Wow, they are amazing and beautifully strange. I have never seen anything like tehm. They look poisonousness, and this is what the article says. I would love to come across some here.

Did you know this is a hybrid? The flowers are beautiful!
I have an ordinary Kalanchoe at home!

Well, Beau, mama made a beautiful couple of images to share with us today - it was worth her asking the question about the plant, eh?!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
I am so glad you went bavk... they are so beautiful.
No matter what you call it, it sure is pretty
Excellent research everyone. And such a striking bloom.
Happy Nature Friday!
Hello, Beau,
What a beautiful plant and blooms. You look so handsome next to the plant!
Take care, enjoy your weekend!
I have hundreds of them that have popped up around the back of my house and around the fence. They spread like crazy. I have other ones along my side fence that have totally different looking leaves but purple flowers that look just like these flowers. I keep working around all of them debating if I should pull them out or keep letting them grow. The plants themselves aren't pretty at all but I love the flowers!
You do look great with that pretty flower Beau!
What beautiful names for the gorgeous flower.
I bet hummers love it too
Hugs Cecilia
Those flowers are so pretty. We bet the hummingbirds love them.
That does look like a chandelier! What a nice accompaniment to handsome YOU!
Happy Friday, dear Beaumont!
It's good that someone knows what kind of flower it is. I'm terrible with the names of flowers. Very pretty.
Have a woof woof day, Beau. My best to your peeps. ♥
That's a beautiful flower, thank you for telling us about it.
The flowers look lovely. And Beau, they look marvellous contrasted with your fur! Too bad they are invasive. after reading the article, I can see how it got it's names.
