Daddy said the Ball word, I started to search for an orange thing, AKA ball.
Mama laughed and said look in the basket, they are in the basket.
I rushed to the basket, there were only TWO.
I ran all over the living room looking for number 3, and refused to go out to play ball even though daddy took one out of the basket.
I ran to and fro and would not go.
Mama had to find number 3, which was in the kitchen because I had to KNOW where they all were.
She showed me the 3rd ball and I left it there and went out to play.

I know you aren't supposed to keep all your eggs in one basket but in the case of your orange balls it might be a good idea. It will save you the time of running around finding them when you do your count. You are one smart dog Beau.

It's impawtant to keep track! Momma thinks it's funny how I know the names for my toys. I'll be running straight towards my sloth, but if Momma says "get your shark!", I'll turn away and go find it!
