Mama recieved this Thank you card in the mail this past week.
FOMCAS stands for Friends Of Manatee County Animal Shelter, which is the shelter I lived in and my angel brother Big Boy lived there 3 times. She doesn't know how many times I was there.
The card was because a friend donated money to them in memory of
Angel Big Boy who went over the rainbow bridge Oct 9th, 2020
Mama is going to put the link to this wonderful site on the side bar, so each year, she can donate to our shelter.
She promised Big, never to return to a shelter
And she promised me the same thing.
Adopt Pets from Shelters, please and if you can't adopt donate $$$ or THINGS they need or volunteer.
We were/are Two beautiful, big, gentle giants.

These shelters do great work, but a home forever with someone who loves you is best.

How wonderful that your friend donated in memory of Angel Big Boy. That is a great promise your pawrents made to never send you back to any shelter. We came from a rescue group and our pawrents made the same pledge to us.

Of all the babies I've had in my life they have always came from a shelter. They need us the most. Wonderful cause to support.

I've always donated to shelters. Errol always found our dogs so most of the 12 that lived with me came from a variety of places and circumstances. If I wanted a dog now, I would adopt a senior one from a shelter.
We are so happy you adopted Big and showed him how wonderful life away from a shelter can be...and are doing the same thing for Beau!!!
