Mama bought boneless ribs to cook on the grill, the one that runs on propane gas! Sunday at 10:45 she said I will get the ribs ready, light up the grill.
Daddy said, you did not say you were buying ribs, we don't have enough propane to last an hour, or I don't think we do.
Mama said why do you wait to tell me this when I buy the food...
there was more, but you get the drift.
The upshot is, I got another ride!!! to CVS to exchange Propane tanks. I had a blast. Mama pulled up and left Daddy and Me in the AC running car, went in, paid 21.99, came back with a WOMAN, a stranger. I LOVE strangers...
I perked up and watched everything they did, so I could do it next time.... Daddy left the BIG BACK DOOR open, and walked away to get the tank, Mama said, what if he jumped out the back!
I thought, NOT ME! this thing is gonna move again and I will be IN IT!
On the way home, mama said, lets just ride Big around the neighborhood. I saw joggers and lawn mowing men PLUS we were ROLLING slow so I could WATCH!
Mama said this was to make up for the horrible, the most horrid of all nights Sunday night. It started with an hour storm at 7:30. I panted and got upset and then all night long I could not breather, I coughed and hacked and choked and gagged and made hurtful noises. Mama stayed with me, where ever I moved to.
Can you say exhausted? The good news was that was on Sunday and on Wed she thought i was dying, but Wed at 3pm I PERKED up and for 3 days and 3 nights I have been normal.
AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 5 days of GOOD

Ribs on the grill sounds good. I haven't used my grill at all this year. I wouldn't even know how much propane is left in the tank.
We will take all the good days we can get!

I had to chuckle about the ribs and the propane. It's the way of things at times. I'd be the one that forgot. Not hubby.
