Faces of Jake December 2017
Jake is not doing very well at age 13 yrs 5 months, hearing and sight is almost gone and walking is becoming a chore. The face is gray and beloved by both of us. This blog is active but I do not post on it except rarely. It is our history of all our dogs and since Jakes doesn't do much but sleep now, I don't take as many photos. This post is to store his current photos for the future.

Why is it, men seem to grow more handsome with age! (Aside from Sir Jake, I'm thinking of Johnny Carson...)
In all seriousness, I'm glad you're documenting Jake's good life. Those images of his paws are especially dear! Love from here ...
Awww, poor baby. But he can still enjoy his comforts of home, blanket and couch, cool air, and lots of love from you both.
He has such a handsome smiley!!!
He is so sweet. I'm so sorry he is having some issues. Sending ((Hugs)) and prayers your way.
He is a handsome guy. Getting old isn't fun for them either.

Hiya Jake! An elder with some grizzle around the chin can be every bit as handsome as his younger self! Sorry to hear from mum that you are not doing so good... sending you some POTP all the way from the Bonny Land. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
He is precious and he knows he is greatly loved.
Dearest handsome Jake...old age is creepy that is all there is too it.
I send you loads of virtual kitty kisses and hugs...your brindle furs are our favorite. I'm the oldest pet to ever live here and Mom says they are on a learning curve with me. Yesterday we found out something new that comes with being a Senior....we'll share next week.
Hugs madi your bfff

Sweet Jake, he gets more handsome with age. Love you Jake :)
I have a special soft spot in my heart for old dogs. Jake is incredibly handsome - I love the gray face (good thing - because Shyla is already grayer than Jake at age 6). I can tell how much you love that boy. Enjoy each day at his pace (but you already know that). Sending hugs.
