My Rottie loved sticks more than my Shepherd Shamira Moo does..just like the photo above captures so well. She was also a water dog and her brother even more..Moo enjoys water too, so I take her to the tide pools occasionally as I don't get over to the bay like I used to. I wonder if the females are more cautious or timid? Sweet photos Sandra:)
Oh my! Looks like a tasty stick/log if there ever was one! My little chiwienie likes sticks too, and roots, and weeds, and my knitting needles, and my tube of hand cream.

Jimmy loves sticks too. He is a master retriever and will bring back the same stick every time, no matter where you throw it. He has tried to share a stick with Oreo at times... Oreo doesn't get it. :o)
Goodness, that's not a stick it's a tree limb. Remember that I'm a cat person so this is probably a dumb question but don't they get splinters in their gums?
