My Mom's favorite holiday tradition is the annual Canine Christmas Festival fund raiser.. She has been attending since 2009. They raise funds for all the rescue groups in our county. Mom loves to pet and click her camera. She takes dollar bills and a few fives with her and the five's go to the Mutt Rescue groups because she loves MUTTS and each booth gets 1 dollar in their container. LOTS of people giving 1 dollar can make a big difference.

Oh Jakey, you've got your mom's great sense of humor! I was laughing out loud while reading this post...so so funny! Yes, $ adds up quickly and can make a big difference for all those sweet pups. :)
