Go Walk

I heard Mommy say to Daddy, Where is Jake. HE HE HE... she was 10 feet away from me.
Can you find me????  Can you find the dirty tennis ball?

I have played chase the tennis ball for 11 years, FIVE TIMES A DAY... now my hips don't work right and THEY will not let me run on the deck, only short easy runs in the DIRT.
Do any of you know any FUN things to play other than throw the ball? that do not involve my hips?

Mommy's shoes say Go Walk...Fine by me

I sympathize with you Jake. My hips don't work as well as they used to either. I hope you figure out how to play that doesn't hurt your hips.

You sure do blend in to the background there Jake. Easy to hide right out in plain sight. Walking sounds good

I'm sorry, I have no ideas other than that Kong with a treat inside. I have never tried it with my dogs, but you may like it. Then if you get the treat out, so much the better. I'm sorry about your hip, you sweet dog.

He is adorable, so handsome. How about freezing a block of ice in some shape or other, with treats inside. I have seen this done in zoos but yours could be small enough to put in your freezer. You could maybe use an empty milk carton.

You look so happy there in the leaves. I'm sorry your hips do not feel so well. Maybe your humans can roll the ball to you and you can catch it without having to move much.

I'm so sorry about your hips, Jake. One of my Labs learned to play ball with me while she was lying down. She'd roll the ball to me, and I'd roll it back to her. We had lots of fun doing that!
