Did Jake 'bark' a lot after chomping on that stick? Haha!
Cute pictures :)

Oh groan Sunny! :)

Mine love to pull big sticks and limbs out of the pond and then chew on them - must be the seasoning they like!

Looks like you've got your own wood chippers making mulch for you! Great pictures!

Have a Wonderful Weekend!

My Rottie loved sticks more than my Shepherd Shamira Moo does..just like the photo above captures so well. She was also a water dog and her brother even more..Moo enjoys water too, so I take her to the tide pools occasionally as I don't get over to the bay like I used to. I wonder if the females are more cautious or timid?
Sweet photos Sandra:)

Oh my! Looks like a tasty stick/log if there ever was one! My little chiwienie likes sticks too, and roots, and weeds, and my knitting needles, and my tube of hand cream.

Aw! Jakie you are so cute. Mom found a way to take pictures of you that you don't mind so much... distract you with a stick! :oD

Jimmy loves sticks too. He is a master retriever and will bring back the same stick every time, no matter where you throw it. He has tried to share a stick with Oreo at times... Oreo doesn't get it. :o)

Goodness, that's not a stick it's a tree limb. Remember that I'm a cat person so this is probably a dumb question but don't they get splinters in their gums?
